Emotions
The pain you feel is your body's way of telling you that something isn't right. that there is something that needs healing, that you're overdoing something or even not doing something enough or even a message from your heart saying one of your relationship needs attention.
And like that famous line from that famous movie goes pain demands to be felt.
So you can suppress it with painkillers, we can try not think about it but all those are just temporary fixe, the only way for it to go away is to befriend the pain. Because if not then no matter how hard we try that pain will keep demanding to be felt
THE HARDEST STORM
Sometimes the hardest storms to get through are the ones your soul needs most. And once the storm is over you wont remember how you made it through, how you managed to survive. But, survive you did. And one thing is certain: when you come out of the storm you won't be the same person who walked in that's what the storm is all about.
