We always ask ourselves these questions but never think why they are like this. An independent woman is always fresh and never thinks about her problems. She is always ready to speak with smile on her face with any person she meets. When she does a mistake, as we all do, she doesn’t cry, no, she raises her head and learns a lesson. She will never get upset over something she has mistaken about. There are many factors that make women strong.

career building - In the past, women were hesitant on going out and working, there were jobs that were only male oriented but today women never neglects her career. being independent and building their careers is always the first priority of their lives. They don't shy away from Working hard and go step to step with men in every field of life.

Handling Situation - When it comes to handling any situation, nobody can do it better than women. This is one of the crucial things that strong women do better than anyone - either the situation is good or bad. Holding up your point is something everyone should do, but strong, independent women always make their voice heard whether it’s good or bad, they always hold up their arguments and never let anyone else win besides them.

The art of learning - Women read more than men, they never stop learning or trying to learn new things and expand their knowledge on many topics. They are always eager to learn more about every aspect of the world. As a reason, today we find many women working in different fields.

Decisions - Strong independent women never, ever lose control of their life. This fact should be taken into consideration by everyone because it gives you self-esteem and it gives you greater confidence in everything you do. If you let someone else take your decisions, how are you ever going to make the difference between bad and good?

Previously as mentioned above, the women in our society were not willing to go out and work and make a name for themselves in the so-called male dominant society. But today we see many women all over the globe are not reluctant to work in any field, career comes first and marriages are delayed. Women have become a force and many are earning more than the men and handling business as well, this clearly shows the rising power of women in today's world.
