El rol del gerente educacional es una tarea que todo docente o director de una institución educativa tiene que cumplir, tenga conciencia de ella o no, pero el asunto está en que siempre hay que dirigir, conducir y guiar un proceso de formación y educación con sus complejidades y retos, que demandan el desarrollo de una estrategia bien pensada y planificada para lograr el alcance de los objetivos de la institución y en fin, educar a los individuos para que alcance su desarrollo.
Es muy importante recalcar el gerente debe propiciar un buen clima organizacional el cual establezca elementos motivacionales los cuales fortalecen lazos entre las institución y sus actores que la componen. Según Paul M. Muichinsky ( 1.977) y Douglas T. Hall con Benjamín Schneider (1.972) consideran que existen varios elementos claves que contribuyen a crear un clima favorable como son: “Sentimiento de realizar un trabajo útil; compromiso del empleado; participación; recompensas justas; oportunidad; calidad de liderazgo; grado de confianza; responsabilidad; comunicación, ascendente y descendente; controles razonables, estructura y burocracia; presiones razonables del empleo.”
Tomando en cuenta a lo anterior, el el clima organizacional debe basarse mucho en la motivación en su organización con el fin de lograr que el empleado sea participe en el clima laboral mostrando interés y se sienta seguro, responsable, comunicacional y muy importante un líder.
Como organizaciones educacionales es de gran importancia crear estructuras de progreso organizacional que faciliten la coordinación de las actividades y el control en las acciones de todos sus integrantes. Cada decreto,plan y programa que se toma y se coloque en práctica, debe ser siempre el conveniente, que permita a la institución imponer sus políticas, procedimientos y reglas, de modo que el tratar de la organización se aproximará lo más viable a sus objetivos y metas, los cuales deben ser claros y precisos.
En conclusion, la educacion es una rama fundamental dentro de nuestra sociedad, por lo tanto, la organizacion de la misma dependera de la estructura de a gerecia d dicha institucianalidad, la cual en lineamientos segun a estructura organizada lograra cumplir con propositos y metas planteadas.

The role of the educational manager is a task that every teacher or director of an educational institution has to fulfill, be aware of it or not, but the issue is that you always have to direct, lead and guide a process of training and education with your complexities and challenges, which demand the development of a well thought and planned strategy to reach the objectives of the institution and, finally, educate the individuals to achieve their development.
It is very important to emphasize the manager should promote a good organizational climate which establishes motivational elements which strengthen ties between the institution and its actors that compose it. Hall with Benjamin Schneider (1972) consider that there are several key elements that contribute to creating a favorable climate such as: "Feeling of doing useful work; employee commitment; participation; just rewards; opportunity; quality of leadership; degree of confidence; responsibility; communication, ascending and descending; reasonable controls, structure and bureaucracy; reasonable pressures of employment. "
Taking into account the above, the organizational climate should be based on motivation in your organization in order to get the employee to participate in the work environment showing interest and feel safe, responsible, communicative and very important a leader.
As educational organizations it is very important to create structures of organizational progress that facilitate the coordination of activities and control in the actions of all its members. Each decree, plan and program that is taken and put into practice, must always be the appropriate one, which allows the institution to impose its policies, procedures and rules, so that dealing with the organization will approach the most viable objectives and goals, which must be clear and precise.
in conclusion, education is a fundamental branch within our society, therefore, the organization of the same will depend on the structure of the gerecia d said institution, which in guidelines according to an organized structure will achieve the purposes and goals set.
