Resilience is generally defined as the ability to adapt, overcome or face the changes or adverse situations that arise in life.

I can not imagine another word that best describes Venezuelans today.

Everyone has their way of dealing with the economic crisis that we are going through, on the one hand they are what left the country, who at first were classified as cowards and weak but as the difficulties intensified, they are called brave, as most of them do not They had a guarantee of success, only hopes and dreams.

On the other hand, those of us who stayed had the obligation to change our habits. From what and how we eat, through the endless and frustrating queues for the acquisition of essential products and personal hygiene, to recreation. We went from abundance to lack, to waste and waste to economize stretching our budget as much as possible, substituting the products we were used to by others of lower quality because it is what can be purchased or simply because it is what is there.

We have adapted to this "almost" life because of our way of being, because even in the darkest scenario we take the positive side, we all get a joke, we are even more creative. EYE I do not mean by this that we take everything lightly, but by seeing it like this we do not drop our arms or lose hope for a better future.

One of the qualities of resilient people is to surround themselves with positive people, hence we start being positive ourselves to infect those around us and create an expansive wave that results in a change that is ultimately favorable for all.
