Voting and I am PO'd

Today, sitting in Southern Nevada I was looking at my “Sample Ballot” when I realized that out of 13 items I am only voting in 4 of them. OK, no I am really getting confused when it is getting to vote time. As I tend to vote for a person or an issue instead of a “Party” I register as either “No party” or I register as “decline to state”. Now, since our Declaration of Independence and our Constitution basically says “One person, One Vote”
I fail to see how I am relegated to a “Non-Person” when it comes to my very own privacy. I mean what business is it of ANYONE what party affiliation I have, or not? Why is declining to state which of 2 parties, or 3 parties, relegating anyone to the minimalistic voting privilege of a visiting non-citizen? California has a fairly accurate voting system. If you register to vote, no matter party, or lack thereof, you get to vote. You vote in the entire election process whether you choose a party affiliation or not.
As a member of this REPUBLIC I fail to see why anyone (registrar of voters) needs to concern themselves with invading the privacy of our constitutional right to vote. This condition is at the very core of the “cause and affect” of living in an “Oligarchy”. This Country is neither a Democracy nor Anarchy. It is indeed a Republic ruled by order of Law and there are inalienable rights guaranteed us in our Constitution and one of them is the “Right to Privacy”. Mike, out
