কুসংস্কার শুধু একটি শব্দ নয় এটি এক ধরনের অসুস্থতা যা মানুষের মধ্যে ছড়ানো উচিত নয়। সময়ের সাথে সাথে অনেক কুসংস্কার চলে গেছে কিন্তু আপনি ভাবতে পারেন যে অনেক সমাজে এখনও অনেক কুসংস্কার রয়েছে। আমি ভেবেছিলাম যে কুসংস্কার এখনও বিদ্যমান তা আন্তর্জাতিক নয় কিন্তু যখন আমি অনুসন্ধান করি তখন আমি দেখতে পেলাম যে এটি বিদেশী এলাকা থেকে এসেছে এবং এখনও আমার দেশীয় সমাজে রয়েছে।

প্রচলিত কুসংস্কারের বিরুদ্ধে এই প্রতিবাদ এই জন্য নয় যে বিড়ালদের জন্য আমার হৃদয়ে একটি কোমল কোণ রয়েছে, বরং আমাদের এমন কুসংস্কারে বিশ্বাস করা উচিত নয় যা আমাদের জন্য ভাল কিছু নিয়ে আসে না। আমরা যদি বিশ্বাস করি যে কালো বিড়াল শয়তান এবং তারা কালো বলে তাদের গালি দেয়, তাহলে কি ভালো ? পশু নির্যাতন অমানবিক এবং আমরা ভুল ধারণা বা কুসংস্কারে বিশ্বাসের ভিত্তিতে পশুদের নাম দিতে পারি না। আমি একজন মানুষ এবং এটা আমাকে কষ্ট দেয় । আমি বিশ্বাস করতে পারি না যে আরাধ্য প্রাণীটি নেতিবাচক শক্তির উত্স হতে পারে।

কুসংস্কার ধারণার উপর ভিত্তি করে অনেক হরর মুভি এবং এটি অনেকের উপর খারাপ প্রভাব ফেলে । অনেক মানুষ বিশ্বাস করে যে সিনেমা সবসময় বাস্তব গল্প থেকে হয় কিন্তু সেরকম নয়, এটি কাল্পনিক হতে পারে এবং বেশিরভাগ কুসংস্কারের জন্ম হয় কল্পকাহিনী এবং খারাপ কল্পনা থেকে। ভাঙা আয়না , ভাগ্য বিচ্ছেদ এবং এমন অনেক সাধারণ কুসংস্কার রয়েছে যা অন্যান্য কুসংস্কারের মতো ভিত্তিহীন । একটি সংখ্যা কিভাবে ভাগ্যবান হতে পারে? একটি কালো বিড়াল কিভাবে নেতিবাচক শক্তির উৎস হতে পারে? এই সমস্ত কুসংস্কার বিশ্বাস করার আগে আমাদের সময় নেওয়া এবং পুনর্বিবেচনা করা উচিত।

Superstitions is not only a word its a kind of illness that shouldn't spread among people. With the time there are many superstitions gone but you may wonder that there are many superstations still exist in many society. I thought the superstition that only still exist is not an international one but when I make a search I found it came from foreign area and still exist in my native society.

Bellow I've added the very common superstition that still people believe and alert others. I've added the source where you can find more common and international superstitions. This is about Black cats and it consider as the source of negative energy, also has different description which is not true.

Though cats have often been associated with good luck rather than its opposite and were even worshipped as gods in Ancient Egypt, things took a turn for the worse for our dark-colored feline friends sometime around the Dark Ages when, in 1232 AD, a papal bull by Pope Gregory IX declared them an "incarnation of Satan", according to People magazine. Things only went downhill for black cats from there, with people of the Middle Ages burning them in bonfires on Holy Days like Shrove Tuesday, the first Sunday of Lent, and even Easter, and with the Puritans in America connecting them to the practice of witchcraft. Also, the the color black has long been associated with evil and death, which didn't help matters for our furry friends who had the misfortune of being born the color of night.
Cats are cutest animal I've ever seen but black cats look a little different and some people find it ugly. But I don't. Once our neighbor had a black healthy cat which I often adore and fed different kind of food. My family heard that black cats are the devil in disguise and it is the source of negative energy. I don't know how people explain such superstitions which is flimsy.

This protest against the conventional superstition not because I've a soft corner in my heart for cats but because we shouldn't believe in superstitions that doesn't bring anything good for us. If we believe that black cats are devil and abuse them because they are black, is that good? Animal abuse is inhuman and we can't name animals base on having misconception or believing in superstitions. I'm a human and it hurt me. I can't believe that the adorable animal could be source of negative images.

Many horror movies based on superstition concepts and It has bad impact on many people. Many people believe that movies are always from real story but not like that, it could be fictional and most of the superstitions was born from the fiction and bad imagination. Broken mirror, lucky sever and there are many common superstition which is baseless like other superstitions. A number how could be lucky? A black cat how could be source of negative energy? We should take time and rethink before believing all these superstitions.

Sick people spread and believe superstitions and make others sick like them. Many horror story add black cat to make the environment more horrible but it has no logic that black cats are source of negative energy or something bad. Cats are born cute animal and black cats are also innocent and its all about our believe. We can find negative things in positive if we want, likely we can find positive things in negative and its a kind of mind game nothing more than that. I'm proud of me that I don't believe in such superstitions and I black cats are not scary to me, I love them too. What about you?
