Enthusiasm is a strong feeling of excitement, wherein we are enthusiastic or energetic in doing something or anything.
How to develop our enthusiasm?
Start the day right
As they have said the mind is the most powerful part of the human body. Thinking positively, would keep up your spirits. Think of our brain as if it is a sponge, thinking of negative thoughts our mind will absorb, and usually the outcome of that day would be negative as well.
Starting and Planning the day ahead usually helps in achieving our plans and goals for that day. Having solid and well planned goals usually prevent us from procrastination or being overwhelmed and confused on how to start the day right.
Love
Love life. Love people. Love everthing. When you fill yourself with love, you would learn and appreciate lots of things in life. It would also boost our enthusiasm by being greatful for everything and in turn helping us achieve our goals.

Mind your energy level
Our energy level affects our enthusiasm as well. Imagine that our enthusiasm is a car, us being our own dreams, and our energy level is the fuel for the car. No matter how enthusiastic we are when we do not have energy, we could not be able to function as needed.
Why do we need to develop enthusiasm?
Like I had stated earlier, having enthusiasm would boost up our mood and help us in gaining our plans. So the more enthusiastic we are, the better the chances of a positive outcome in our lives.
