What a beautiful contest and great opportunity that you give to all of us who can participate, I am not a writer but I have always harbored in my heart the desire to thank life for the mere fact of existing, here my creation, to which I call:
Ode to my life

First stanza
I'm living a dream, where I can walk, laugh, sing and dream, that's why I want to give thanks, first to God, for giving me the tools to live in harmony in a world without equal, for living in a world, that although many times hurt you teaches you with every gesture to love and forgive, then to my parents who with love and perseverance have taught me to fight, to always want to overcome every challenge of destiny.

CHORUS
Thank you my God, for having taught me to love without complaining and to forgive without judging, thank you parents, for giving me the tools to fight without resting and my goals to reach.

Second Stanza
To my friends, who have always been in the good and more in the bad, when I do not want them to apply me, but let me see the mistakes in my way, even though I may be annoyed, finally, thanks to those who do not want me But they are still there for my mistakes and they make me think that if I can get up and start over.
