Thank you for this :) You are the first person that ever helped me with steemit when i joined a few weeks ago . writing is hard and not getting the ''applause'' can be frustrating. But maybe sometimes even if you don't get the SBD you were expecting at least you get to communicate with likeminded people. And that should be enough.At least untill you are rich :P

You've made excellent progress @peak.endrule!! It was a pleasure to cross paths and I'm happy to see you enjoying the platform. I know it can be difficult for many writers and creators on here, I share the struggles myself, but I'd love to see more people thriving.
I warned it was a long read, I've been harboring thoughts 😆.
The payout is no matter to me because I can purchase STEEM if STEEM was what made me happy - it's not. Like you said, we get to communicate with like-minded people = that's a blessing in itself!!
I recall when the internet went public, and looking back, I realize how lucky we all are now. I had to write a pen-pal letters in school and mail it, in order to communicate with people outside of the US.. We are fortunate to be able to have what we have now. 😉
