Writing Comp Rules
Your entry must be under 1100 words. There is no lower quota. Your work must incorporate the prompt in some way, but does not need to explicitly quote it. Poetry is acceptable.
Every person who enters must also vote. If you do not vote, your entry will be thrown out. Do not vote for yourself.
Entrants will DM me, or a designated mod, their work which I will post in this channel -- they will remove any trace of their name or tag and when they are displayed, they will only be identified by a pseudonym.
Your work MUST be submitted as a Google Doc. Please use a reasonable font. Remember to properly share your Doc by getting the link from the blue share button in the right hand corner, not the URL bar.
Voting will happen through DMing me or a designated mod. Your vote will be anonymous until results are released. If you've really taken the time to read all the entries, an extra 10 seconds to DM me will be no problem. Deadlines for entries are usually 9PM PST on Saturdays. The voting period is 24 hours and the results and voting breakdown will be given at 9PM PST on Sunday.
There will be a 2nd place available if there are more than 4 entries. 3rd place will be available with more than 9 entries.
