Part II - Council of the War

In the light of ongoing attack President called Council of the War.

There were three members in the Council - President, Supreme General and Banking system manager. There was very unusual banking system in the Sanddune planet. Every worker in the planet was paid by Sand money equivalent and amount of money deserved was calculated by centralized computer system which decisions were made based on self learning computer program. This program might be partially controlled by one man in the planet - Banking system manager. Thus he required to participate in Council of the War as war activities must be paid by centralized computer system.

• We are under well organized attack - told President to members of the Council. - Thus we should respond in a tough manner. There are two possibilities - to prepare for ground war or to hire Pilot of Miracle in order to stop moving of enemy troops from space.

• Ground war activities cost is quite clear - it would be allocated by centralized computer system, - told Supreme General. - I think we must enter a war and demonstrate our force to enemies.

• But we don't know possibilities of enemy - argued President. - I think better idea is to hire Pilot of Miracle. - Despite we might need to pay a fortune to do so. What is opinion of third member of council.

• I think we can hire Pilot of Miracle - told Banking system manager. - I prefer to stop ground war actions. I actually doubt about enemy possibilities but do not want to risk.

• Decision is clear - summarized President. - Banking system manager is responsible for hiring Pilot of Miracle. Our first chose will be Tintitan. Immediate action required!
