Transition was smooth and the contractor was responsible and on First American Home Warranty customer service. The company seems to have replaced a contractor for appliance repair from last year, which shows they care for their service and quality. Given my past experience so far, I guess the warranty generally handles well for minor issues. When it comes to bigger issues such as complete replacement, you better expect the worst as it takes much longer and more complex than repairing.
