After some time in the training camp, a Tripartite agreement was reached between Russia, Turkey and Iran to establish a demilitarized zone in Syria, mainly on the border of Idlib province which is controlled by armed opposition groups with Aleppo, Lattakia and Hama provinces controlled by the Syrian military.
