Individual happiness
In my own case, since I have use of reason (I even have memories of very small) I have been an independent person, that is to say, I grew up in a family environment where we were only mom, dad and me, I have half brothers on both sides, but now My brothers are of age and with their respective families. Then my childhood was quite "alone" but I never miss anything, of course I had friends to play, was not asocial, but at least my happiness then was not dependent on anyone.
As we grow we know people who form an important place in our lives, as well as know pastimes or creative activities or simply a job, in the end activity that consumes time of our day to day. It is at this point in life that identity takes shape, it is here that we know (in most cases) the pattern of life that we will lead. We spend time in our lives in routines, it is always good to remember that the most valuable thing in life is time, then we must know how to manage it, invest it, enjoy it and even in some cases sacrifice it. Now, since we spend most of our life as a monotony comes a point where we ask ourselves, are we really happy? Then the consolation answer we look for around us, when we observe that we have a roof where to spend the night, someone who cares about your well-being or simply reminds you and let you know, in the best of cases we have luxuries, we buy the Desired car, we make planned trips, in short, even marry the person we always liked. Of course all this makes us happy, but ... well, what happens when we lose those things? We begin to feel empty and miserable, we lose our way, we live in discouragement. Really happiness comes from a car? Or eating in luxurious places? Or when we lose a job, is it the last one in the world? And it's not about being a hippie without priorities or life projects.
Happiness is in the experience, that path that we travel throughout life to meet goals, that is, it is the landscape and not necessarily the destination. In some cases we long to have something and when we have it we do not even feel a quarter of the emotion we feel when we want to get it. This is how I have realized and I have come to understand that life is very superficial and we really overlook its beauty. This way my best advice is to do everything you want to do and be in this train that happens only once, always remembering that time does not stop running and we can not go back much less buy more. Happiness is in oneself, one can always take advantage of circumstances from some perspective. We can not depend on a person who someday will not be, but we can create great memories that make you happy, we can not depend on an office job, but we can be happy in that excellent experience of living a great part of your life and taking advantage of The knowledge of others learning everything possible. At the end of all this your life is your happiness, be grateful to what you have and those who you give you happiness, so enjoy it while you have it but do not depend on it.
Personally getting out of the rut is the best remedy for the soul, meeting someone, going out to dance, meeting places, listening and observing the point of view of someone you hardly know. Besides that your routine can not only be to go to work, add it, sports activity, stimulate a recreational area, relax, enjoy a good book, so that when any of these things you do not feel dependence, just take it as an experience And continues to learn and live the moment.
