YOGA POSTURE #26: Forearm Wheel Pose, Viparita Dandasana

Today, my practice was dedicated to heart opener, certainly my favorite practice!
The benefits of yoga chest openers are both physical and emotional.
The benefits for the body :
- Strengthen the upper back
- Increase lung capacity of the lungs
- Relieve tension in the back and shoulders
- Increase blood circulation
- Stimulate the thyroid and pituitary glands.
The benefits for the heart:
- Emotional release
- Boost confidence
- Develop compassion
- Relieve depression and feelings of isolation
