Yoga on the beach ^.^

Nothing is more wonderful when the weekend is practiced relaxing yoga on the beach. There is a better place to breathe fresh air, with the sound of waves, the smell of salt water and the smoothness of the sand like yoga on the beach.

When practicing yoga on the beach, in the presence of many negative ions, the body improves immunity, improves metabolism, regenerates cells, purifies blood, regulates plant nerve and creates sensation. Refreshing, thanks to increased levels of serotonin in the brain.

With early morning sunlight, it works to prevent cancer as it helps the body to make vitamin D. It's no better then when you practice YOGA and meditate on the huge rocks that are heated one day below. the sun and the evening, the warmth of the night and give you the feeling of being pampered by the warmth of the rock, creating a flow of energy, a sense of balance

Yes I miss doing yoga on the beach! There is something so special about hearing the waves against the shoreline :) It is snowing where I am in England right now! It will be a while until I can practice outside in the warm sunshine again :)
