The way you use your forehead affects your eye area more than you think. There is a big muscle from the forehead to all the way back. So, if you wrinkling your forehead, lifting your eyebrows all the time, and keeping this tensed forehead, you probably have a tightness on the back of the head, or even you might have a tension headache. So, you need to relax that and you want to tap, or release a tension from the back all the way and the forehead too.
And when you relax your forehead, you can actually open your eyes without using your forehead muscle. That can change the way your eye area looks.
The first, you need to find out which side of your eyebrow is higher. Then, what you are gonna do is you’re gonna put the hand on the higher side, and then stop the movement. And you can push that even a little bit too. For the lower side, what you want to do is place your hand and pull up.
Shoulder relaxes, you don’t wanna tighten your shoulder. That gives tension and the stress, and that shows on your forehead, especially between your eyebrows. So, relax your chest, heart open, chest open. Pay attention, don’t make wrinkle on your forehead, then open your eyes as wide as possible in 10 seconds.
If you see droopiness outer part of your eyelid. What you can do is you can place fingers and life your forehead up. Make sure there’re no wrinkle on your forehead and do in 10 seconds.
Just listen to your body. By doing this, you are training your forehead muscle, and making your eye area much wider open, and you can make your eye area symmetrical.
