I feel healthier and more relaxed just reading this post. Following the GIF to breathe was therapeutic. My new Apple Watch has a similar feature which I have been mostly ignoring. Until now!!!

Yes, unfortunately, due to being human, I regularly need conscious resetting. That is why I follow steemians like yourself.

As long as you always remember to reset, you're doing great! 💛
