To obtain this right, a journeyman will have to pass an 80-hour training, as well as a qualifying examination, whose threshold of success is also set at 80%. He will have to prove every year that he has operated an arrow truck for at least 50 hours.

"False stake"

In a marathon of interviews given on this issue on Wednesday, CCQ CEO Diane Lemieux ruled that the safety issue raised by crane operators is not the real issue of this strike. She believes that the union authorities lied and took "incredible shortcuts".
