The Sims is a social simulation and strategy video game created by Will Wright (Known as "SIMS"; "SIM" stands for SIMULATION and the "S" stands for SOCIAL], being the best-selling PC video game in history. It has 3 expansions : 1, 2 and 3. It is controlled with the mouse or the keyboard

Argument
The game is to create characters (Sims) and "build" a life for them, satisfy their needs, realize their aspirations and fulfill their dreams.

The game allows the Sims to design a house and supply it with all the objects that are required to satisfy their needs. It has a free mode option (free will) with which the characters can carry out their activities on their own, although it is normal for the player to intervene by giving them orders, which may not even be respected by the Sims in specific situations.

The symbol of the simoleon, the currency of the Sims
The player must satisfy the basic needs of the Sims, such as eating, sleeping, or belly-up, among others. To support the household economy, Sims must find work and earn simoleons (the fictional currency in the Sim world). The game offers a varied line of work. There are different types of skills such as "creativity", "cooking", "mechanics" or "physical", which can be progressed from level to level, carrying out different actions such as: reading a book, exercising, observing through a telescope or cooking.

But not everything is work in the life of the Sims, they also need fun. When they don't have it they get depressed; the consequences are innumerable if they are mistreated or neglected: they will refuse to practice in activities, to go to work; they will complain all the time and, if they end up dying, the Grim Reaper will come "in person" to visit them.

There is no real goal in the game, though the Sims die naturally or from accidents, such as from drowning, fire, electrocution, or a virus (contracted from the guinea pig or guinea pig pet, which can only happen if not cleaned. his cage). A curious fact is that children may be sent to military school if their grades are very poor. If they are sent, the children will never return to the

(Needs)

Sim's mood indicator diamond
When a Sim needs something, the diamond changes from green to red, or can be viewed on the bar.

The needs are:

Hunger: To fix a low hunger meter, the solution is to simply eat. If the meter reaches zero, and a minute passes (Sim time) the Sim will starve (except for children).
Comfort: In general, to satisfy this need, it is enough to have a good bed and chairs. The meter will go down if the Sim is standing or doing certain activities for a long time

Bladder: Simply the need to go to the toilet. If the meter for this need is too low, the Sim will have an "accident", dramatically reducing your hygiene.

Hygiene: This need is met with a shower or bath, although it also goes up slightly by washing your hands or teeth. The hygiene meter will go down quickly by exercising, putting out fires, or having an "accident."
Energy: The most effective way to raise the energy meter is to sleep. A Sim can sleep on the floor (if he passes out), in an armchair, or in a bed, but the fastest way to regain energy is the last option. The more expensive the bed, the better you will rest. You can also slightly increase the meter by drinking coffee. If the meter shows a very low energy level, it will pass out, falling asleep on the floor, which will reduce the comfort level.
Fun: Many activities can help meet this need, depending on the Sim's personality. Some enjoy exercises more, others enjoy reading or playing video games. There are numerous items intended to increase the fun meter and improve the humor of our Sim. Children and teens miss a lot of fun at school or doing homework.

Social: According to our Sim's personality, his social needs will be different. Some Sims need more effort to keep this need high, although on the other hand, others with a high "charisma" or a "cordial" personality will find it less difficult to raise it. The most effective way to do this is to share activities with other Sims or pets. These activities can range from talking on the phone to playing pool.

Environment: The environment depends mainly on the decorative and lighting objects that we have in the room in which our Sim is, although the size of the room or the price of walls and floors also influences. It also depends on the state you are in: a room with dirty dishes, puddles of water or an unmade bed can significantly lower the environment
