Stir-Fried Watercress
Ingredients:
-1 bunch watercress
-1 tablespoon vegetable oil
-1 teaspoon garlic, minced
-Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Rinse watercress and pat dry with paper towels.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add watercress and season with salt and pepper.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until watercress is wilted and tender, about 5 minutes.
Serve warm.
炒西洋菜
材料:
-1束西洋菜
-1汤匙蔬菜油
-1茶匙蒜蓉,切碎
-盐和胡椒粉,调味
说明:
洗净西洋菜,用纸巾擦干。
在一个大平底锅中中火加热油。
加入蒜蓉炒香,约1分钟。
加入西洋菜,加入盐和胡椒粉调味。
翻炒,偶尔搅拌,直到西洋菜软烂,约5分钟。
