Stir-Fried Lotus Root

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound lotus root
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

Instructions:

  1. Peel and slice the lotus root into thin slices.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  4. Add the lotus root slices and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the soy sauce, rice wine, sugar, and sesame oil and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.

中式炒蓮藕

材料:

  • 1磅蓮藕
  • 2湯匙植物油
  • 1茶匙蒜蓉
  • 1茶匙姜蓉
  • 2湯匙醬油
  • 2湯匙米酒
  • 2湯匙糖
  • 2湯匙麻油

做法:

  1. 將蓮藕去皮切成薄片。
  2. 在炒鍋或大鍋中加入油,將火加熱至中高火。
  3. 加入蒜蓉和姜蓉,炒30秒。
  4. 加入蓮藕片,炒2分鐘。
  5. 加入醬油、米酒、糖和麻油,炒2分鐘。
  6. 熱著上桌。
