Stir-Fried Bell Peppers

Ingredients:

  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add the bell peppers and cook, stirring frequently, until they are tender and lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

  3. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

  4. Serve warm.

炒青椒

材料:

  • 2个青椒,切片
  • 2汤匙蔬菜油
  • 食用盐和胡椒粉,视口味而定

做法:

  1. 在一个大平底锅中,将油烧热,调至中高火。

  2. 加入青椒,翻炒至青椒变软,外表微微焦黄,约5分钟。

  3. 按口味调入食用盐和胡椒粉调味。

  4. 热腾腾地上桌即可。
