Stir-Fried King Oyster Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 pound king oyster mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil and stir to combine.
  5. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the green onions.
  7. Serve warm.

中式炒杏鲍菇

材料:

  • 2汤匙蔬菜油
  • 2瓣蒜,切碎
  • 1/2茶匙新鲜姜,切碎
  • 1磅杏鲍菇,切片
  • 2汤匙酱油
  • 2汤匙米醋
  • 1茶匙麻油
  • 2汤匙青葱,切碎

做法:

  1. 在一个大平底锅中加热蔬菜油,中高火。
  2. 加入蒜和姜,煸炒30秒。
  3. 加入杏鲍菇,煸炒5分钟,偶尔搅拌。
  4. 加入酱油、米醋和麻油,搅拌均匀。
  5. 继续煸炒3分钟。
  6. 熄火,加入青葱搅拌。
  7. 热起来上桌即可。
