Stir-Fried Choy Sum
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 bunch choy sum, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions:
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the choy sum and cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes.
- Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and water and cook until the choy sum is tender, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in the sesame oil and serve.

炒菜心
材料:
- 2汤匙蔬菜油
- 2瓣大蒜,切末
- 1茶匙姜,切末
- 1束菜心,修剪并切成2英寸块
- 2汤匙蚝油
- 2汤匙酱油
- 2汤匙水
- 1茶匙麻油
步骤:
1.在大平底锅中中火加热油。
