Stir-Fried Yams

Ingredients:

-2 large yams, peeled and cut into cubes
-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
-1 teaspoon minced garlic
-1 teaspoon minced ginger
-Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add yams and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned and tender, about 8 minutes.

  3. Add garlic and ginger and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Serve warm.

炒山药

材料:

-2大山药,去皮切成小块
-2汤匙植物油
-1茶匙蒜蓉
-1茶匙姜末
-盐和胡椒粉调味

做法:

  1. 在一个大平底锅中加热油,中高火烧热。

  2. 加入山药,翻炒均匀,煸炒至表面微黄,软熟约8分钟。

  3. 加入蒜蓉和姜末,继续翻炒1分钟。

  4. 按口味调入盐和胡椒粉调味。

  5. 热起即可享用。
