We have decided to adjust the parameter values as shown below as a result of 15 days’ monitoring by the management team.

 Applying date & hour: 00:00 17 July, 2019(KST)

Specifications for the adjustment

Author curve exponent: 1.5 to 1.2
Cashout window days: 3 days to 4 days
Vote window days: -1 day to 3 days

The reason why we decided to adjust the parameters is that we allow users to check individual posts more conveniently and to make voting choices by reasonable judgments about some problems of the disappearing posts after being paid and of the biased voting to trending posts.
Also, our purpose of the adjustment is to lower the entry barrier for new authors and writers who first encounter Steemzzang. We have judged the adjustment to be in favor of existing users too.
It would be fair to listen users’ voices before the adjustment notice. We sincerely ask for your understanding since the adjustment is consistent with Steemzzang’s philosophy.
