Excuses are great ๐๐
I want to document the last 2 months of my Fitness journey to help me work some stuff out, as you may or may not know i spent a couple of months away from home in 7 different locations working and coming home for 2 days before heading off again.
It was in June of last year when i joined the GYM and started getting fitter while losing some KG's after starting at 93kg, i got my MYzone belt at the start of November and use it to track my fitness.
This graph belows shows the last 6 months and you will see February & March are down, April is showing signs of me being at home which is my first excuse.
Remind me again about MEP's Kiwi..
Lets ๐at the last 3 months but before we do lets have a refresher on the differing colours
February
The first half of the month looks very relaxing.
March
1 workout in the first 12 days - that's pathetic
April
In April i have managed to get some consistency
In each of the 7 locations i visited there was always a 24 hour Snap fitness GYM i could have visited.
Right time for some excuses ๐
Excuses for Feb/March
- Working 12 hours a day
- Tired from Travel
- Buying Bourbon n Coke to drink at night
- Buying average at best food to eat
- Drinking 4 cans of Bourbon a night
- Listening to music after drinking 4 x cans
- Being away from Home and the kids
- Being away from Kat ๐๐
There may be some others but the bonus of the above was a 5kg weight increase putting me back to 81kgs.
Look it is easier working from home to get some fitness done, but i feel like i wasted the last 2 months of my Fitness journey, the good thing about this drama is i can change it...again
Anyway i better go do some work on some video i need to analyze

You sound like a very determined person. I am sure you will lose the weight you have gained in no time. However, I would advise that you do it at a comfortable pace and not push yourself too much. Don't punish your body too much or it will definitely rebel. Remember, slow and steady wins the race. ๐
