As a minnow I have bugger all clout here on Steemit, with no idea what I can do other than report plagiarism to SteemCleaners when I see it.
But clearly whatever has been done so far, the message has not been getting through and the problem has not been resolved if this is still happening!
Happy to lend what little support I can...
