The best/ most efficient/ build-up of muscle is to do a single repetition in a 5-10 second period. For example - Bicep Curls = 1 Upward movement in 5-10 seconds! 1 Downward movement in 5-10 seconds! The muscles being exercised are having to work harder and longer for less! x
