My Actifit Report Card: June 20 2024
방학을 하고 부터 갑자기 GYM에 사람이 넘쳐나 기계를 사용하기 힘들어졌습니다.
특히 몇 명이 서로 대화하면서 한 기계를 사용하다보니 20분이 지나도 비지않는 경우도 있습니다.
그렇다고 방학이라고 친구들 끼리 해맑게 웃고, 떠들고 하면서 운동을 하고 있으니, 한마디 하기도 그렇고
아무튼 오늘은 일주일에 딱 한번 가슴하는 날인데, 제대로 하지못했습니다.
당분간 아령이나 인기없는 기구 위주로 해야겠습니다.
