Do not worry, I understand the situation. It has to be very difficult.

Thanks for understanding, @teks. The connection is so limited that I get the best bandwidth through FB Messenger (I don't really understand why), so I send my posts to @kiligirl in a series of messages and she posts them on my behalf, then she sends me screenshots of the final post and the comments. It takes ages to download those and sometimes the connection drops before I have a chance to get back to her with my replies.

The things we take for granted - a good internet connection and variety in food are pretty high on my list at the moment!

Do not worry. I cleaned my followers when I was a month old because I realized that some were inactive. Now that I know your situation, I have added you again. So despite the difficulties you have to upload your work I will continue reading you. I hope you are very lucky and get as soon as possible what in other regions of the planet we take for granted.

Thank you so much, @teks, I really appreciate your understanding and adding me back. I'm looking forward to being much more active on Steemit once I get back to South Africa next year, but in the meantime it's luck of the draw on internet connection and my land-based connection being able to post for me.
