RECIPE TO ALIGN YOURSELF WITH THE HIGHER INTELLIGENCE...WITH YOUR HIGHER SELF!!

Practice Meditation:
1.1 Traditional meditation (vipassana meditation, sitting with eyes closed).

1.2 Walking Meditation (we use it while performing any routine during the day).
It includes work, home and when we are alone.

In walking meditation we use conscious deep breathing to stop the flow of thoughts and emotions.
We return to our center.

Not criticize.
Avoid and minimize the habit of criticizing yourself and the Other.
Not criticize!

Don't Compare.
Avoid and minimize the habit of comparing yourself and the Other.
Do not compare!

Not judge.
Avoid, reduce and eliminate the habit of judging yourself and others (You are this! You are that!).
Do not judge!

Don't Complain.
Avoid, reduce and later eliminate the habit of complaining about yourself, others or circumstances.
Do not complain!

These 5 points have to be practiced when you are silent (not speaking) and when you are communicating verbally.

In summary:
Meditate, Don't Criticize, Don't Compare, Don't Judge, and Don't Complain are the keys to an upward spiraling spiritual life.
It is connecting, aligning second by second with the Universal Intelligence ...
Practice it!

You will see how impressive changes occur at the level of vibrational frequency.
Your personal relationships and environment around you will be drastically impacted for the better ...
