basically nobody has crypto on any device, only private keys and if it's on an exchange you do not have any key, or contract, just trust that a "withdrawal" from the exchange will go through...
And even with a private key you don't have any coins, only the right to "spent" unspent transactions.
Exactly @billbutler i think that if you are into cryptos you hold them in safee places than mobile devices... And i dont see how government will ever have access here...
