RE: What is your (Crypto) wallet!? 2018 Predictions

in #bitcoin7 years ago (edited)

Hi @bigguyandrusty your big picture idea makes sense. New waves of direct buyers are going to enter the market with each macro event. Additionally and probably more importantly in terms of extending the bull market it will be the ease in which institutional and traditional retail stock investors find a way to participate without going into crypto exchanges directly (ETFs, futures, etc). That kind of access could allow $trillion+ to rapidly flow into coins. Outside of the top five coins I think fintech coins like Bancor, Komodo, Crypterium and others are very interesting for the needed fundamental utility of all coins to be effective. After all digital coins represent a type of money and money needs to be easily transferred to be useful. Another interesting category are coins that support blockchains for replacing already proven sectors like Steem for social media and TRON for artistic media.

I agree that widespread adoption will lead to long term stability and acceptance, for whatever reason most of the public still thinks this is a fad, as the overall crypto marketcap keeps creeping up and up.
