[BitShares DEX MM/trading Contest Announcement] Changing Buyer:Seller Reward Ratio to 70:30 / 交易大赛参数调整：买卖盘奖励比例调整为70:30
Starting from Saturday 30th November, the buyer:seller reward ratio will be changed from 90:10 to 70:30.
