Dude My first Kritical Cali Mist had an accident after it had just sprouted and it was cut in half I took it out the soil throw the full root away sprinkled mykos over the soil and it made a come back. Im sure your plants will be okay soon it might effect your yield but we learn from our mistake so its cool. Great post and good luck.
