Keeping busy roasting coffee all day every day
Back at the small batch 5kg roaster today, after a monster session with the big 30kg batch roaster making 130kg of green coffee brown today it has been some of the more finer speciality coffee's that I don't need masses of.

Really impressed with the 30kg though, it's running super smooth despite the ducting being put together entirely by me, adding in the intermediate exhaust fan has made a big improvement - and being able to control it's speed from right next to the roaster is a real life safer - well worth running that massive 20 odd meter twin and earth power feed from the fan outside on the roof.
