Easy vegan dinner
Hello, dear friends!
How are you feeling today?
Are you hungry?
Ok. Let’s cook something tasty today to pamper your stomach a little bit.
Ingredients:
- Some potatoes
- Some cabbage
- 1 big carrot
- 1 onion
- 2 tomatoes
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Mediterranean or Italian herbs
- Curry or saffron (I like to add both)
Cut potatoes, cabbage and onion. Then chop the carrots. Peel off the tomatoes and cut them in small pieces.
Oil the pan and add potatoes, onion and carrots there. Mix all well.
In 10-15 minutes add some cabbage and tomatoes. Then add salt, pepper, Mediterranean or Italian herbs, curry or saffron. Fry vegetables until they’ll be ready.
Finally your tasty vegan dinner is ready. Put your dish on the plate.

I haven't used saffron at all it doesn't seem to be used in a lot of recipes I look at. Does it do a lot to enhance flavor that it's worth investing in some?
