Orange zest & juice in scones is a new one for me AND at 2am as well! Sure must have been good though! Glad you're also cooking for The Steem Engine @snook, love the way you baked, grabbing this and that often turns out better than the standard recipe :):)
Thank you!! and yes, I do too...most times but for the times that it doesn't work and you have to eat it anyway LOLL those times I wish I had followed the recipe :D
