In my opinion Boxing workouts are one of the best ( even without sparing ) if you are able . You need strength, endrance, power , speed , timing and the ability to judge distance . If you add in sparring then the ability to react after getting hit , It's the physical form of trading .
The buy and hold method can even be seen as a battle mentally against all the FUD and price dips that constantly throws mental punches at us . Being able to see know they are coming will have us being better prepared even if we are hit hard .
Mental flexibility and pain tolorance (distance running) will become higher with more experiences . Know that the weak will not prosper in this game and will not stay with us long.
