Losing weight has always been about moving your body, eating fewer carbs, refined sugar, and processed foods. If you drink soda, intake a lot of sugar, eat processed foods, restaurant foods more than once a week, and eat large portions, you’re killing yourself slowly. Pull away from the computer, unplug from your technology, walk a brisk and continuous 2 to 3 miles per day, drink plenty of water and small meals consisting of fruits, vegetables, and lean protein. And you don’t have to eat meat to get protein. You can get protein form many other sources. Eggs, beans, legumes, nuts, vegetables …
Find out what is keeping you from losing weight. You can find a recipe for success. Not a food recipe but a routine recipe. Find it and stick to it. Watch the video and exercise. And regardless of how your body looks, remember one thing; you are beautiful!
