Chest Exercise for the ladies!
Ladies! Don't neglect your chest! I know some girls who avoid chest workouts like it's the plague, but let me tell you that it's super important to maintain the balance of ALL your muscles.
In fact, poor chest muscles/strength can effect the muscle growth in your shoulders too!
So work that chest and feel like a bad ass!
Try this superset for a quick burn session:
- Cable Flys = 3 Sets of 12-15 Reps
- Incline Pushups = 3 Sets of 8-10 Reps
This might seem easy at first but by the end, your chest will be burning up in FLAMES!
