What if we have already paid .05 SBD for $0.25 upvotes?
I also sent 0.05 a couple of hours ago. @earthnation-bot is this new level temporary or is it until your voting power replenishes?
They seem to have a backlog, so I'm betting they want to catch up. Lowering the amount charged/paid will allow them to cover more people. By cleaning up the backlog, they'll be more popular (people don't like to wait, right?) and then can level faster. Therefore, theoretically, they could reach the goal of $1 upvotes sooner than if they continued as things are.
Am I right?
Check the last set of posts. New guidelines were made on what is acceptable for it to boost. Maybe you did the protocol wrong or your contnent didn't match the criteria.

I also sent 0.05 SBD 2 days ago and never got a vote. That is what the profile page said at the time and my post met all of the criteria as well. Seems like this exact same thing happened to a few people, so would be nice to know what the deal is.
