Instead of stocking up on the same chocolate bars you always eat, how about you prepare your own seasonal treats this year? Homemade goods taste better, you can control the nutrition, and the ingredients end up costing less than the premade stuff.

Ghost brownies:

Kick your regular protein brownie recipe up a notch with these ghostly additions. Fun family snack!👻 Ingredients: - 1 Egg

  • 4 tbsp Sugar Free Pancake Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Black Beans
  • 1/2 scoop Chocolate Protein
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Banana - 2 tbsp Non Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • Dark Chocolate Chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, blend egg, 2 tbsp syrup, black beans, protein, and baking soda with a small blender or hand mixer.
  3. Pour batter into a greased 4x6 baking pan.
  4. Top with 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips.
  5. Bake 18-25 minutes. After cooling, cut into 6 brownies.
  6. In a bowl, combine yogurt and 2 tbsp syrup to make a sauce.
  7. Cut bananas into 6 pieces, coat pieces in sauce, then fix 2 chocolate chips on each banana piece for eyes. You now have ghosts.
  8. Place a ghost on top of each brownie, and drizzle with any remaining sauce.

Nice! I also enjoy baking at home. It is true at least you know all the ingredients, it is healthier and many times cheaper.

Thank you for the kind comment :)
