Previously, we've talked about getting fit and the benefits of exercise.
Now, let's talk about the benefits of running.
Running is one of the most underrated exercises. Because it has a lot of benefits plus it's cheap.
All you need is a t-shirt/tank top, a pants/shorts, shoes and a place to run. Even if you don't have shoes, you can go barefoot which is also my favorite, painful but it gives a proud feeling, a rush of endorphins.
If you have a beach body goal this summer, one of the things you should do is run.
