I just finished a 2.103km swimming that lasted about 0hh:37mm:18ss !

And on to the swim.
Any kind of session is hard after doing hill repeats but i really didn’t want to be doing any kind of sprinting...!
Tonights swim consisted of;
100m warm up. 500m technique.
Main set - 100m building pace, 6 x 25m sprints with 15sec rest in between. 100m easy. 3 x 50m sprints with 20sec rest in between. 100m easy. Repeat main set until cool down. Total of around 84 lengths. My watch doesn’t auto-pause (apple) & I often forget so the time isn’t exact

Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too! If you weren't intending to go slower, take a moment to listen to your body, and see if you need something. Check in with yourself!
