Lunch Ride

I just finished a 39.692km cycling that lasted about 1hh:55mm:32ss !

Longest time spent on a bike in years! Can’t say I enjoyed it in the wind & rain & with cold feet but job done, Triathlon training is back on track!
Supposed to be swimming tonight... will i make the run session too or is that pushing it a little too much?
