I'm so glad you highlighted this story. One thing you said though,

because it has unlimited power, and its decisions are protected by the law.

Some of us are interested in the codified laws that say this. Does the law actually quote "unlimited"? Their actions may be protected by law, but I know some of us are interested in seeing where this is codified. I know full well, just because something is codified DOES NOT mean it is honored by those who are sworn to uphold and protect the law, but, where can we read those codified laws that state they have this "unlimited" power?
