NORWAY CPS TOOK 5 KIDS AWAY FROM THE CHRISTIAN FAMILY, BUT THE COMMUNITY POWER HAS OVERCOME IT
Norway CPS is considered to be the cruelest in the world, because it has unlimited power, and its decisions are protected by the law.
The reasons that they use for taking kids away from parents are as a rule shocking or just deceitful. Usually families of immigrants appear under Barnevernet (CPS of Norway) pressure.
This case is a bright example of it.
The Norwegian Child Protection Service took 5 children from a Christian family. Parents were accused of "radical Christianity and ideological behavior." The reason for the accusation was that the eldest daughter Elian (10 years old) sang a Christian song at school!
Marius Constantine Bodnariu, a Romanian citizen and his wife Ruth, a Norwegian citizen, settled in Norway about 10 years ago, in the town of Ruth. Children were born in Norway, their age is from 3 months to 10 years.
Barnevernet workers took two daughters Eliana (10 years old) and Naomi (8 years old) from school and taken to a secret place.
Then, together with the police, they arrived to the house of the family and took the boys Matthew (5 years) and John (2 years old), and Ruth with a 3-month-old child Ezekiel was arrested and taken to the police.
After several hours of questioning, Ruth and her child were sent home. But the very next day representatives of Barnevernet accompanied by 4 policemen took Ezekiel and the baby, saying that the mother was dangerous for the child.
At the same time, Ruth reported that older children were given to other two families, that they felt very well there and they did not miss their parents.
First, Barnevernet accused Pentecostal parents of "radical Christianity and ideological treatment" of children. Then the parents were accused of physical violence in the family, which, according to the employees of Barnevernet, was expressed in the punishment of children by slapping, which is strictly forbidden in Norway.
For several months of legal proceedings, investigations, parents were not allowed to see their children. The exception was made only for the baby Ezekiel, whom my mother could visit.
The situation with the Bodnariu family evoked a response among Christians in different countries. An online petition was created in support of the Bodnariu family, which collected more than 60,000 signatures. Thousands of Christians organized actions in support of the Bodnariu family opposite the Norwegian embassies in the US, Canada and Europe.
And yes! The power is in unity! In 6 months the public pressure and resonance of this case gave results!
Norwegian authorities under the pressure of the world community agreed to return to Ruth and Marius Bodnariu all their children!!
The war lasted for long months, but the victory was reached!
It should be mentioned that it's really a rare case when the decision of the Norway CPS is discussed and changed. And the family should thank society and its help, that made this case loud.
That's why I strongly belive that our priceless @familyprotection community has great power!

Я в шоке, не думал, что в мире существуют подобные проблемы... В моей психике это не укладывается.
Of course they are a great example of struggle. They serve as inspiration for those who also go through a process with CPS so that they never give up the fight.
the truth is surprising what they claim, radical Christianity, we know that children have no filter to express what they like regardless of where they are, since Monday I am working as a psychologist in the CPS and the truth is that they have many irregularities starting by how the processes prolong the attentions that deny the infants and parents. I have done a post sharing my experience this week and so I will do every how, in some way accept the job to get into that monster

Thankful that they got their children back, but to go through the ordeal for no reason must have been so devastating for the family. I can imagine the pressure and trauma they must have gone through and somewhere these will get imprinted in the minds of older kids. The CPS are no less than monsters :-(
6 months without kids...and one of them was just a newborn... I can't imagine how mom didn't become crazy from this pain.. the hope gave her strefth maybe..
I'm so glad you highlighted this story. One thing you said though,
Some of us are interested in the codified laws that say this. Does the law actually quote "unlimited"? Their actions may be protected by law, but I know some of us are interested in seeing where this is codified. I know full well, just because something is codified DOES NOT mean it is honored by those who are sworn to uphold and protect the law, but, where can we read those codified laws that state they have this "unlimited" power?
I'm not from Norway.
